CCELL Customisation Services We Offer
Can I send in my own device to be engraved?
Currently, we only offer engraving on devices purchased directly from us. This ensures compatibility and surface quality for the best results.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! You can engrave just one device, or place a bulk order of 1,000+ units. Our pricing is tiered to offer the best value at scale.
Can you engrave photos?
Not without comprises in image quality. Gradients, shadows, blurs and colours will not translate well onto the device surface.
Will my design rub off or fade?
Unlike paint or stickers, laser engraving etches directly into the material, making it durable.
Can I engrave text or initials instead of a logo?
Absolutely. Whether it's a name, initials, slogan, or brand message, we’ll make sure it’s laid out clearly and engraved cleanly.
How long does engraving take?
Most single orders are completed within 2 – 5 working days. Bulk orders may take longer depending on volume, but we’ll always provide an estimated turnaround.
Can I see a preview before engraving?
Yes, we provide a digital proof of your design.
How long does it take to do laser engraving?
Our laser engraver is lightning fast, but depending on the size and complexity of your order, we may need some time to prep your artwork and process the devices. Please allow a couple of extra days for delivery of your order if it's being laser engraved.
